For 6 months, I was honored the role as a graphic designer for a handful of YMCA establishments. I got opportunities to work on email blasts, posters, banners, booklets, fundraising collateral, t-shirt design, and even cookies! I developed skills in print preparation, working with sponsors, and working with vendors. The best part about this role was the amazing and talented team of creatives I got to work with. I learned something new from each and every one of my coworkers every day. They taught me so many skill sets but most importantly, they inspired me (and continue to inspire me) to create quality work!
